Please Note: Disabling essential cookies (session cookies, authentication cookies, and security cookies) will prevent JamzPro™ from functioning correctly. You may not be able to log in, submit booking requests, or access your dashboard if essential cookies are blocked.

In addition to cookies, JamzPro™ uses browser local storage and session storage for certain functionality.

Local Storage: We use local storage to persist your session identifier (jamzpro_session_id) across page visits, to save booking form draft data so you don't lose progress, to remember recently viewed performers, and to store your saved preferences locally.

Session Storage: Session storage is used for temporary data within a single browser session. It is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab or window.

You can clear local storage and session storage through your browser's developer tools (DevTools) under the Application or Storage tab. Clearing this data will log you out and remove any unsaved booking drafts.

Different cookies have different lifespans:

Session Cookies: Automatically deleted when you close your browser.

Authentication Cookies: Deleted when you log out, or after 30 days of inactivity (whichever comes first).

Preference Cookies: Retained for up to 12 months from your last visit.

Analytics Cookies: Retained for up to 13 months, depending on the analytics provider.

Security Cookies: Retained for the duration of the session or up to 24 hours after your last activity.
